RINCON

Rincon a complex mixed-use project including adaptive re-use of the historic San Francisco Main Post Office, and the addition of two 24 story towers on what was a parking lot. The project includes ~ 1.1M SF of retail, office, and 320 apartments. The historic post office was conceived with a new beautiful skylit galleria along with ground floor retail, and 4 stories of office space. Pacific Bell was the anchor tenant. The project qualified for a substantial historic investment credit granted by the U.S. Department of the Interior.
