DPPM played a pivotal role in orchestrating the construction of Kia's expansive 240,000 square feet headquarters and R&D facility in Irvine. Collaborating closely with SOM/San Francisco for the shell and core design and SOM/Los Angeles for interior architecture, we ensured a seamless integration of both facets. The striking two-story entry space, a focal point connecting the distinctive tilt-up wings, stands as a testament to our meticulous management and attention to detail.
